ActivityMaster is a web-based booking system specially designed for the needs of the tourism industry. It enables travel and tour service operators to manage services online - whether they provide a single activity such as kayaking, winery tours, or whale watching or multiple activities from multiple suppliers.

ActivityMaster displays a current inventory of activity offerings via the web (including description, dates, costs, number of participants). Users select the activity they want, register online, and pay online. ActivityMaster then generates a customer confirmation number and updates the database so you get a real-time view of the status of every activity offered.

The latest Java application technology is incorporated to provide maximum security, flexibility, and data integrity. It works with any current web browser and can accommodate multiple user sessions simultaneously.

The interface can be privately branded with your logo and corporate colors to provide a consistent user experience - whether the application is hosted on your site or you subscribe to a central ActivityMaster application.

ActivityMaster consists of two components:

• Operator Administrative Maintenance - enables tour operators to alter the way the system behaves. Drop down menus, database fields, and other features can be added or changed in order to customize functionality. In addition it allows information such as event dates, prices, passenger restrictions, or activity descriptions to be updated. Changes are immediately posted on the website. This component is where the operator can create login access to sales agents.
• Calendar Booking - this is what web visitors and sales agents see. From a user-friendly calendar formatted screen, each scheduled activity is an active link that allows visitors and agents to make a selection, fill in details (date, number of participants) and immediately check availability. All details - including special terms, taxes, and total costs - are presented to the visitor/agent for approval. The visitor/agent can then select a payment method and continue with the purchase. Once the booking is complete, a confirmation number is issued to the visitor.
